Job summary

PetLab Co. is seeking a Mid-Weight UX/UI Designer to help create high-conversion digital experiences across our e-commerce and customer journeys. You’ll work within a collaborative design team, balancing customer needs with brand and commercial goals.

You will move between organic e-commerce, account portals, and acquisition funnels, designing from wireframes through to polished interfaces. The role values a data-informed, fast-moving mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

Experience designing digital experiences for a direct-to-consumer brand or fast-moving e-commerce business.
Proven ability to take on design problems independently while collaborating with others.
Strong understanding of how to drive conversion through UX and UI decisions.

Responsibilities

Design polished, conversion-focused digital experiences across multiple product areas.
Collaborate with design and cross-functional partners to ship high-quality interfaces.
Translate customer needs and commercial goals into journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
Use data and experiments to inform iterations and performance improvements.
