Job summary

Mouser Electronics in Poole, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to create leading-edge design solutions for our ecommerce website, including responsive web and mobile interfaces. You will collaborate with UXDs, UI designers, BAs, PMs and developers to translate concepts into flows, wireframes, prototypes and documentation while balancing user goals with business needs.

The role requires six years of ecommerce UI design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Six years' ecommerce UI design experience.
Proven user research and usability testing experience.
Portfolio of printed or electronic samples.
Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design responsive web and mobile interfaces for Mouser's ecommerce platform.
Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Balance user goals with business requirements and technical constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UXDs, UI designers, BAs, PMs, developers) and stakeholders.
Interpret user research and metrics to tailor interfaces.
