Job summary

Huel is seeking a UI/UX Designer to elevate the customer journey across our e-commerce platform. You will work on landing pages, product pages and checkout flows, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to bring features to life and maintain a cohesive design system.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in UI/UX design within ecommerce, with a strong portfolio and experience in research, iteration and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing how your design work has driven measurable improvements in CVR, AOV, or retention
• A sharp eye for clean, user-centred design, with a portfolio that shows thoughtful, considered design decisions.
• Comfortable working across the UX process, from research and discovery through to design and iteration
• Confidence using tools like Figma, and a genuine curiosity for how digital products work (and how they could work better)
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally and can take feedback well
• Bonus: experience collaborating with growth, performance marketing, or CRO teams

Responsibilities

• Designing and optimising experiences across the full customer journey, from landing and product pages through to checkout, post-purchase, account areas and internal tools
• Partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Creative and Content teams to bring digital features to life
• Contributing to and helping maintain our design system, keeping things consistent, intuitive and unmistakably Huel
• Running or supporting UX research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and motivations
• Iterating on designs based on feedback, data and user insights
• Helping shape enhancements that support conversion, average order value and retention
