Job summary

Gamma is seeking a UCaaS Sales Specialist to accelerate profitable growth across its UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio. The role focuses on enabling channel partners, progressing complex opportunities, and positioning Gamma as a preferred communications provider.

You will work autonomously with partners, delivering product demonstrations, training, and commercial insight, with emphasis on Cisco-based solutions and Gamma’s broader portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS and hosted communications markets.
• Ability to translate technical features into customer value.
• Experience selling UCaaS/CCaaS or related cloud communications solutions.
• Proven track record of developing and progressing opportunities through a consultative sales cycle.
• Experience presenting or training technical solutions for partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and progress qualified UCaaS/CCaaS pipeline with channel partners from discovery to close.
• Deliver compelling customer and partner presentations and proposals differentiating Gamma.
• Enable partners through accreditation, training, and knowledge base content.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast data in Salesforce with proactive prioritisation.
• Provide market and competitor insights to inform pricing and portfolio development.
