Job summary

Canonical is seeking a Linux Desktop Support Engineer to join our London office. You will deliver technical support to Canonical employees and customers, with emphasis on Linux desktop environments and open-source tools.

Based in London, you will work on-site, own cases from qualification to resolution, and collaborate with engineering teams to provide timely solutions while maintaining excellent customer relations and knowledge sharing.
