Qualifications

• Proven English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong academic background from high school and university.
• Degree in a technical field or a compelling alternative path.
• Experience troubleshooting Linux, collecting logs, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support on the full Desktop and Server stack.
• Own and manage customer cases from qualification to resolution.
• Transfer cases to colleagues or involve senior engineers when needed.
• Prioritise issues, learn new products, and participate in training events.
