Job summary

Lloyd Motor Group in Newcastle is seeking a Tyre and Wheel Alignment Specialist to join Lloyd BMW/MINI/Geely based in Newcastle. You will inspect and service tyres and wheels, perform wheel alignment, balancing and related diagnostics, and help maintain high workshop standards.

This role offers a clear path toward becoming an MOT tester, with a fixed schedule and a salary of £27,520 plus bonus, along with healthcare and employee benefits. Training opportunities are also provided.

Responsibilities

• Checking and adjusting vehicle tyres and wheels using electronic equipment (e.g. tyre pressure and wheel alignment, balancing and rotation).
• Performing vehicle diagnostics and repairs and fitting new tyres in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and the relevant vehicle repair standards.
• Carrying out work to the highest level of quality to minimise rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identifying and reporting any issues not listed on the work instructions.
• Ensuring good standards of housekeeping at all times.
• Completing any documentation to the standard defined by the company.
• Carrying out other duties as required from time to time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tyre and Wheel Alignment Specialist to join Lloyd BMW/MINI/Geely based in Newcastle.

This position offers an opportunity to progress towards becoming an MOT Tester.

Salary: £27,520 plus bonus

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday, working 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:30 - 13:00
