Job summary

Lloyd Motor Group is seeking a Financial Services & FCA Administrator to join Lloyd BMW/MINI in Newcastle. The role involves processing vehicle finance applications and preparing finance documentation while ensuring paperwork is accurate and compliant.

You will maintain customer records, support liaising with finance providers, and assist Sales Managers with finance administration and settlements. You'll work within FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and GDPR requirements and contribute to audits.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience within the automotive industry, financial services, banking, or another regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• A professional approach to handling confidential information.
• Experience working within a franchised motor retailer.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and vehicle finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle finance applications and preparing finance documentation.

• Processing finance commissions, vehicle funding, and settlement requests.
• Carrying out compliance checks and supporting internal and manufacturer audits.
• Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and contributing to continuous compliance improvements.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services & FCA Administrator to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Newcastle.

Salary: Basic Salary £35,000

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role responsibilities:

• Processing vehicle finance applications and preparing finance documentation.
