Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK seeks an experienced Unit Manager to lead Baston Asphalt and St Ives Asphalt operations, taking full responsibility for safety, production, quality, and profitability across two sites.

You will develop and coach site teams, drive continuous improvement, optimise plant efficiency, and manage budgets and asset utilisation while collaborating with logistics to deliver exceptional customer service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant operational leadership experience in manufacturing or construction materials.
• Experience managing budgets and cost performance.
• Strong health, safety and environmental focus.
