Smile Dental Care is seeking a capable Practice Manager to oversee two busy dental practices in Poole and Boscombe. You will lead day-to-day operations, support clinical teams and drive growth while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

The role requires experience managing multiple sites, strong leadership, budgeting and KPI delivery. You will work closely with central operations to ensure standards, governance and an excellent patient journey across both locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Practice Manager or Senior Dental Manager with multi-site responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
