mydentist seeks an Assistant Practice Manager for our Poole 11-surgery practice. The role focuses on leading a busy team, managing budgets, and driving growth in NHS and private services. You will work with clinicians to deliver outstanding patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.

We offer a full-time contract (38-40 hours) with holiday and benefits, and opportunities to grow private revenue within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded manager to drive practice growth.
• Knowledge of NHS Dentistry.
• Experience with R4 system.
• Ability to identify opportunities for Business Development.
• Open to applicants from Retail, Leisure or Hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives and financial targets.
• Lead a team of practice support staff, including dental nurses and receptionists.
• Manage budgets and interpret financial data to support commercial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulators and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with clinicians to grow private and NHS revenue.
