The Real Good Dental Company Limited is seeking a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to oversee two busy Glasgow practices. You will drive day-to-day operations, staff leadership, compliance, and patient experience across both sites.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational and stakeholder skills. You will lead teams, manage KPIs and budgets, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver excellent care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing dental practices, ideally across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve patient experience.
• Strong organisation and priority management.
• Commercial awareness with KPI and performance focus.
• Excellent communication with clinicians, staff and patients.
• Knowledge of GDC and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the operational management of both dental practices.
• Lead and develop practice teams to maintain high performance.
• Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, onboarding, training and performance.
• Ensure compliance with GDC, regulatory, health & safety requirements.
• Maintain clinical governance and infection prevention standards.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets, seek growth opportunities.
• Oversee patient experience, complaints and feedback.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support delivery of care.
• Manage suppliers, stock and resources.
• Identify operational efficiencies across both sites.
• Maintain policies and records consistently.
• Support marketing and business development to grow patient base.
• Be a visible, approachable leader across both locations.
