Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Twilight Manager for Ballyclare to lead the afternoon-to-evening shift. You will manage a critical twilight period, ensuring top shop standards, availability, and safety for customers and colleagues.

The role involves delivering strong leadership within the store and maintaining smooth handovers to the night team. You will work a rolling 5-shift pattern over 7 days, including weekends, and drive sales through excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor during twilight shift.
• Lead and coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver shopfloor standards.
• Ensure shopfloor is ready and presentable before handover to night team.
• Develop talent; foster ownership, resilience, and a culture that values the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the twilight shift ensuring availability and shop standards.
• Oversee safety and legality for customers and colleagues.
• Be part of the leadership team with a rolling rota of 5 shifts over 7, including weekends.
• Maintain high customer service and shop presentation throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure stock availability and promotions.
