Job summary

Asda Redditch is looking for a Twilight Manager to lead the critical twilight shift, transitioning from day to night while delivering the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments. You’ll ensure the store remains safe and compliant for customers and colleagues.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll follow a rolling rota with 5 shifts over 7 including weekends, from 14:00 to midnight, totaling 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the twilight shift ensuring great availability and shop floor standards.
• Work on a rolling rota with 5 shifts over 7 including weekends, 14:00–midnight.
• Lead and coach colleagues to deliver shopfloor standards and sell with personality.
• Ensure the shopfloor is presentable before handing over to the night team.
