Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Twilight Manager in Cambridge to lead a critical afternoon-to-night shift, ensuring availability and shop floor standards while maintaining safety and compliance. You will join the store's leadership team and work a rolling rota across 5 shifts over 7 days, including weekends.

The role requires experience supervising store teams in retail, a hands-on approach, and the ability to drive improvements in processes and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work twilight shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead twilight shift from afternoon to night, ensuring availability and shop floor standards.
• Ensure store safety and legal compliance for customers and colleagues.
• Work with the leadership team on rolling 5 shifts over 7 days, including weekends.
• Hand over smoothly to night team.
