Job summary

Asda Cambridge is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead a critical twilight shift, ensuring top shopfloor standards and excellent availability across all departments. You will guide and develop colleagues, align with safety and legal requirements, and work a rolling rota including weekends to cover 14:00–00:00.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer focus, and the ability to drive performance and change within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work twilight shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach colleagues and team leaders during the twilight shift to ensure high shopfloor standards.
• Deliver great availability and maintain safety and compliance across departments.
• Support development of the team and foster a positive, customer‑focused culture.
