Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Twilight Manager in Cambridge to lead a critical shift transitioning from day to night. You will ensure optimal availability and the highest shop floor standards across departments while maintaining store safety and legal compliance.

You will work a rolling rota, delivering 5 shifts over 7 days between 14:00 and midnight, collaborating with the leadership team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a critical twilight shift from day to night to ensure availability and shop floor standards.
• Lead and coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver high shop-floor standards and selling with personality.
• Ensure the shopfloor is landed and presentable before handing over to the night team.
