Job summary

Evri is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Twilight Shift Manager to lead the Barnsley site during the twilight period. You will oversee multiple operational teams, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality and cost targets are met.

You will coach managers and frontline colleagues, manage labour resources and use KPIs to continually improve throughput and service delivery. The role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience leading teams through supervisors/team leaders.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, productivity, labour planning and cost control.
• Ability to analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all operational areas during the twilight shift, ensuring daily plans and service targets are achieved.
• Lead, coach and develop operational managers and frontline colleagues toward high performance.
• Monitor productivity, volumes and KPIs and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Manage labour planning, resource allocation, overtime and agency usage to align with demand and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, throughput and reduce costs.
• Ensure health & safety policies and safe working practices are followed and incidents investigated.
