Support and coordinate the effective management of the QVC UK Account to reach commercial targets, increase and re-engage the community, and maintain No.1 Beauty brand position.
Key contact and responsibility for account support and sales liaison with ELEMIS operations: Management of critical path, purchasing, forecasting liaison, inventory movement, and maximization with all key stakeholders at ELEMIS and QVC.
Key Responsibilities
- Support effective management of channel inventory requirements by liaising with purchasing and supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels, follow purchasing processes, and uphold preferred vendor status with QVC.
- Assist in creating, costing, and executing a consumer-focused promotional calendar, including top-tier promotions and ongoing ranging of ELEMIS best-sellers for replenishment.
Account Co-ordination
- Help develop the annual plan for TV Shopping aligned with ELEMIS UK strategy, including promotional lines, NPD, exclusives, and reorder lines, all proposed and costed per ELEMIS guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with key QVC UK contacts and maintain shared trackers.
- Ensure buy confirmations are communicated to demand planning & operations, and subsequent steps are initiated.
- Monitor QA process managed by TV Shopping Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure timely evaluation and delivery.
- Work closely with ELEMIS TV Shopping Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure timely order placement and full visibility of show dates and deadlines.
- Lead weekly PO and critical path review meetings, ensuring documentation and trackers are up to date.
Inventory Management
- Assist in monitoring and managing QVC-held inventory, ensuring acceptable sale and return rates, and SKU-specific plans, communicating risks and opportunities.
- Ensure effective management of ELEMIS inventory through collaboration with purchasing and supply chain, considering stock, business cases, and NPD forecasts.
- Monitor and manage QVC exclusive collateral and accessories inventory, ensuring no stockouts, and review catalog status regularly.
New Product Development
- Participate in weekly team meetings to monitor exclusive product statuses and briefings on new projects following QVC UK brainstorms.
Commercial
- Support reporting on channel and commercial performance, tracking airtime and live sales.
- Coordinate show reports for senior management, including sales updates and post-show improvement areas.
Sustainability Responsibility
Ensure all duties contribute to ELEMIS' sustainability goals across Climate, Biodiversity, and People pillars.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in key account coordination/support and building strong business relationships.
- Experience with QVC or similar home shopping/online/mail order companies preferred.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to champion the QVC business.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
