Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients in your region, covering a wide range of verticals.
  2. Utilize your understanding of agency/brand/campaigns to ensure objectives and goals are met.
  3. Maintain a strong focus on Customer Retention Rate and Net Revenue Retention Rate to achieve quarterly targets.
  4. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  5. Host regular training and education sessions with your clients.
  6. Regularly report on campaign performance, KPI optimization, and strategic solutions.
  7. Set up and manage traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
What you'll bring to the table:
  1. Experience working with clients throughout the French market across multiple verticals.
  2. In-depth knowledge of programmatic and media buying.
  3. Proficient in presentation skills for clients.
  4. Fluency in both French and English.
  5. Experience executing programmatic activities across different DSPs (StackAdapt, DV360, TTD, Amazon, etc.) as a self-serve user.
  6. Proven track record in managing client relationships and growing revenue.
  7. The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
  8. Flexibility to travel regularly to meet with clients within their region (France).
