To deliver high quality teaching and skills coaching that enables apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully achieve their apprenticeship, with distinction wherever possible. The role is responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices, ensuring timely progress reviews, compliance with apprenticeship funding, EPA and off-the-job training requirements, and building strong employer relationships to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.
