Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Worthing is seeking compassionate Secondary ESOL Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for children and young people across the Worthing area.

You will support learners who speak English as an additional language, including those with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs, helping them develop English language skills, confidence and independence. The role offers £25–£30 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, plus specialist SEND training and CPD.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND and/or EAL learners.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to travel across the Worthing area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
