Teaching Personnel Ltd is seeking dedicated in-person tutors to support secondary-aged pupils with SEN by delivering Maths and English sessions and providing personalised support to help pupils regain confidence in learning.
The role covers Didcot, Banbury and Bicester with a minimum of 10 hours per week. Pay ranges from £25 to £30 per hour, depending on experience, and safeguarding checks are required. This is a temporary position with potential to become permanent.
We are looking for dedicated and empathetic in-person tutors to support secondary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Tutors will be responsible for delivering Maths and English sessions while providing personalised support to pupils who may have experienced significant gaps in their education.
Our pupils come from a diverse range of backgrounds, and many need a calm, patient, and understanding approach to help rebuild their confidence and re-engage with learning. This role is ideal for tutors who are adaptable, compassionate, and committed to supporting young people in making meaningful progress.
Tutoring will be delivered in person across Didcot, Banbury, and Bicester.
£25-£30 per hour, depending on experience and the requirements of the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
