Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd is recruiting experienced SEN Tutors to support children and young people across Bournemouth through personalised one-to-one tuition. You’ll work with learners who require additional support due to autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, or other SEND needs, helping them build confidence and make meaningful academic progress.

£25–£30 per hour with flexible part‑time and full‑time opportunities, delivered in schools, learners’ homes and community settings.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND.
  • Background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring or youth work.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one lessons.
  • Adapt learning to meet individual educational needs.
  • Encourage confidence, resilience and independence.
  • Track learner progress and maintain clear records.
  • Liaise with parents, carers and education professionals.

TP Tutors is recruiting experienced SEN Tutors to support children and young people across Bournemouth through personalised one-to-one tuition.

You’ll work with learners who require additional support due to autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, or other SEND needs, helping them build confidence and make meaningful academic progress.

What You’ll Earn
