Job summary

TP Tutors is recruiting experienced SEN Tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition across Poole and surrounding areas, supporting learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional needs. You will deliver tailored educational support in schools, community venues, or learners' homes.

Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive pay of £25–£30 per hour. You’ll build lasting relationships with learners, parents and schools while monitoring progress and adapting

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEN/SEND
• Background in tutoring, education, mentoring, youth work, or similar
• Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities
• Ability to travel around Poole and nearby locations
• Excellent communication skills
