Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced People Support TUPE & Acquisition Supervisor. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll, ensuring transfers are accurate and on time.

You will manage the TUPE & Acquisitions team, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, mobilisation teams and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality payroll service and positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in payroll or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of TUPE In/Out and payroll transfers.
• Proven ability to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the TUPE & Acquisitions team, allocating work and coaching.
• Lead delivery of TUPE In/Out and acquisition payroll activity to meet deadlines.
• Act as escalation point for complex payroll queries and data issues, driving resolution.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, IT, mobilisation teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement across TUPE and acquisition processes using data and audits.
