Job summary

Saunders Scott is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect for a London-based contract role with hybrid working. You will design end-to-end OSS architectures across TSOM, TNI and TSM, and lead orchestration, inventory modelling and API-led integrations within a large telecom transformation programme.

Candidates should have 10+ years in Telecom OSS/BSS, 5+ years in solution architecture, hands-on TSOM/TNI/TSM experience, and a strong TM Forum standards background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Telecom OSS/BSS.
• 5+ years in a Solution Architect role.
• Hands-on ServiceNow telecom module experience (TSOM, TNI and/or TSM).
• Track record delivering large-scale telecom transformation programmes.
• Experience across fixed, mobile, fibre and enterprise services.
• Strong understanding of TM Forum standards (ODA, Open APIs, SID/eTOM).
• Experience with cloud-native and microservices-based deployments in multivendor environments.
• Nice-to-have: 4G/5G knowledge.
• Nice-to-have: ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end OSS architecture across TSOM, TNI and TSM.
• Design service order orchestration, order decomposition and fulfilment workflows.
• Build network inventory models synchronized with discovery systems.
• Define service catalogue, inventory and topology models, incl. service impact analysis.
• Design API-led integrations using REST, SOAP, TM Forum Open APIs and Kafka/MQ.
• Integrate OSS with BSS, CRM, billing, EMS/NMS, SDN controllers and NFs.
• Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams and TM Forum ODA-compliant docs.

TSOM ServiceNow Architect | Contract | London (Hybrid)

Rate: £550 per day (flexible for the right profile)

We're partnering with a leading UK telecoms provider to find an experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect. You'll design end-to-end OSS solutions across the ServiceNow telecom suite as part of a large-scale service operations transformation.

What you'll be doing

• Designing end-to-end OSS architecture across TSOM (Telecom Service Order Management), TNI (Telecom Network Inventory) and TSM (Telecom Service Management)
• Designing service order orchestration, order decomposition and fulfilment workflows across multiple domains
• Building logical and physical network inventory models, synchronised with network discovery systems
• Defining service catalogue, service inventory and service topology models, including service impact analysis and root cause capabilities
• Designing API-led integrations using REST, SOAP, TM Forum Open APIs and Kafka/messaging platforms
• Integrating OSS with BSS, CRM, billing, EMS/NMS, SDN controllers and network functions
• Producing solution blueprints, architecture diagrams and technical documentation aligned to TM Forum ODA

What we're looking for
