We are looking to appoint a Trust 3rd Line IT Engineer to join Twynham Learning multi-academy trust. Working in our friendly, professional and welcoming Core Services ("Trust HQ") department, you will be an integral member of our Trust IT Services team. This is senior technical role, responsible for delivering advanced support, leading technical escalations, and ensuring the stability and performance of critical IT systems across our eight schools. You will act as a technical authority and play a key role in maintaining and improving the organisation’s infrastructure and service delivery. The post is ideally suited to an individual with a passion for technology and continuous improvement, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional services to our schools and business areas.
