Downend School, part of Pathway Trust, is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to join the central service desk. You will be the primary contact for IT queries, triaging tickets via phone, email and the web portal to ensure swift resolutions. The role requires travel to various school sites and a full UK driving licence.
