Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a reliable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across three school sites: two in West Ealing and one in Hayes. You will ensure premises are safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained, with travel between sites as required.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, excellent organisation, and the ability to coordinate contractors while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in site or facilities management.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety, and general upkeep of all three school sites.
• Ensure buildings, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Carry out regular site inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
