Aspire People is seeking a reliable Premises Assistant for a full-time role in Fulham, West London. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, clean and well-organised school environment and support the daily operations of the site.

Immediate start preferred. You will assist with general maintenance, site security, room setups and deliveries, prioritising health and safety and working well with the site team to welcome pupils and staff each day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premises, facilities, maintenance or similar hands-on role.
• Willing to undertake a range of site-related tasks.
• Able to identify hazards and follow safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive approach.
• Good communication and professional demeanor.
• Committed to maintaining a safe environment for pupils and staff.
• Experience in a school setting is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the school premises.
• Keep the site safe, secure and well presented.
• Open and close the school site as required.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks and report repairs or hazards.
• Set up and clear rooms, furniture and equipment for activities.
• Assist with deliveries and move equipment and other site duties.
• Follow health and safety procedures and school policies.
• Work with the premises team and school staff.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean environment for pupils and visitors.
