Our Treatment Receptionists assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the treatment department, focusing on providing outstanding customer care. You will support Spa Therapists, Retail Specialists, and the Management Team by managing bookings and handling administrative tasks.

You will work every other weekend on a two-week rolling rota, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Flexibility for additional hours as required by the business is essential.

  • Good time management and multi-tasking abilities during busy periods
  • Attention to detail with a flexible, dynamic approach
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, friendly service to all customers, ensuring bookings and queries are handled efficiently
  • Greet clients, check them in, and allocate rooms courteously and promptly
  • Respond to daily issues, customer queries, and complaints
  • Schedule treatments to maximize availability and promote treatments, workshops, and products
  • Complete administrative tasks such as treatment and room scheduling
