Cheval Gloucester Park - Night Receptionist

Cheval Gloucester Park is currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join our front office team at our luxury serviced apartments.

Role Overview: As the Night Receptionist, you will ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities include managing check-in and check-out processes, assigning apartments, handling accounts, answering queries, addressing concerns, providing information, and overseeing building security and safety. You will also manage enquiries and complaints professionally, handle payments, generate bills, and offer advice throughout their stay, contributing significantly to the guest experience.
