Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London invites an Associate to join the Markets Treasury team and help manage the group's financial resources across balance sheet, capital, liquidity and leverage.

You will work with trading desks, technology, and analytics to deliver practical solutions that support business results. You will build relationships, analyze profitability, monitor regulatory impacts, and develop tools with Treasury Data & Analytics to drive clearer decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• Few years of Treasury/Trading/Financial Resource Management experience preferred.
• Understanding of Basel III RWA, GSIB, liquidity, leverage and regulatory margins.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on financial resource topics.
• Build and maintain relationships with trading desks to understand business needs and drivers of resource consumption.
• Partner with trading desks to optimize financial resource usage.
• Analyze trading desk profitability using key financial metrics.
• Assess impact of regulatory changes to the business and support advocacy efforts.
• Understand the competitive landscape across the EMEA region and binding constraints for peers.
• Provide treasury guidance on infrastructure offerings affecting liquidity and collateral management.
• Collaborate with Treasury Data & Analytics, technology, and quant teams.
• Develop and enhance tools and analytics to support business objectives.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
