Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Markets Treasury Manager to lead the EMEA Markets Treasury team. The role manages balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and leverage while coordinating with TCIO and trading desks. You will enable efficient resource usage and drive profitability metrics across the desk network.

You will collaborate with Advanced Treasury Analytics, technology, and quant teams to advance data initiatives and treasury tools. Strong communication with senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trading or Treasury roles within large financial institutions.
• Knowledge of derivative pricing, life cycle, XVA pricing, CSA documentation, and optimization (capital/liquidity).
• Understanding Basel III RWA, GSIB, liquidity, leverage, and regulatory margins.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on financial resource topics and their business impacts.
• Develop relationships with trading desks to forecast needs and resource drivers.
• Partner with desks to optimize financial resources used by the business.
• Analyze profitability across desks using ROE, liquidity and other metrics.
• Assess effects of regulatory changes and advocate with internal partners.
