Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate in Markets Treasury to manage and optimize the financial resources of the Markets business. You will partner with trading desks and stakeholders to drive results, ensuring effective use of balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and leverage.

You will collaborate with Treasury Data & Analytics, technology, and quant teams to develop analytics and tools, while engaging with business units to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Few years of related industry experience in Treasury, Trading, or Financial Resource Management.
• Experience with large data sets and analyzing outputs to identify trends; familiarity with Basel III RWA, liquidity, leverage, and regulatory margins.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on financial resource topics.
• Build and maintain relationships with trading desks to understand business needs and drivers of financial resource consumption.
• Partner with trading desks to optimize financial resource usage.
• Analyze trading desk profitability using key financial metrics.
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes to the business and support advocacy efforts.
• Understand the competitive landscape across the EMEA region and binding financial resource constraints for other peer banks.
• Provide treasury guidance on financial infrastructure offerings with strong financial resource impact.
• Collaborate with Treasury Data & Analytics, technology, and quant teams.
• Develop and enhance tools and analytics to support business objectives.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
