J.P. Morgan's EMEA Markets Treasury team is seeking an Associate to help manage and optimize the financial resources of its Markets business in London.

You will partner with trading desks, technology, and analytics to deliver impactful solutions and support balance sheet, liquidity, and leverage decisions. The role offers exposure to regulatory frameworks and data-driven tools, with opportunities to build relationships across departments and advance your expertise in treasury and financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Several years experience in Treasury, Trading, or Financial Resource Management.
• Knowledge of Basel III RWA, GSIB, liquidity, leverage and regulatory margin.
• Experience with large data sets and identifying trends; Python/SQL/Tableau/AWS/Databricks or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on financial resource topics.
• Build and maintain relationships with trading desks to understand needs.
• Partner with trading desks to optimize financial resource usage.
• Analyze trading desk profitability using key metrics.
• Support regulatory changes impact assessment.
• Develop and enhance tools/analytics with Treasury Data & Analytics, technology, and quant teams.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
