Job summary

Clarence House Day Nurseries is seeking a Painter and Decorator to carry out redecoration across nursery sites. You will travel between sites, following schedules set by the Operations Manager and maintaining high decoration standards.

Role involves 40 hours per week with potential flexi hours, including evenings and weekends. Requires a full UK driving licence and an Enhanced DBS check; experience in occupied nurseries is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as Painter and Decorator
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and to deadlines
• Experience in occupied buildings is an advantage
• Able to work across multiple nursery sites

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint to high standards
• Protect furniture and work areas during jobs
• Keep areas clean, tidy and safe
• Follow schedules and flag additional works
• Work flexibly including evenings/weekends
• Work safely around children and staff
