Job summary

Fabric Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Sheffield who travels to multiple sites to provide expert HR guidance. The role requires CIPD Level 5 and advisory/generalist HR experience to support managers and employees.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, probation, and payroll support, while helping to develop and implement HR policies across locations. A car allowance is included with the package.

Qualifications

• Qualified to CIPD Level 5.
• Experience in Advisory or Generalist HR role.
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance management processes.
• HR system and software knowledge.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices.
• Ability to travel to additional sites and locations.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all HR queries.
• Advise managers and employees on policies and procedures.
• Support HR Business Partners on disciplinary and investigation processes.
• Support recruitment activities and conduct interviews.
• Manage onboarding and probation for new starters.
• Identify training and development needs across the business.
• Maintain accurate HR records.
• Support payroll with payroll information and employee queries.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation.
