• Background in mechanical/electronic engineering or physics
• Ability to fault find and repair instruments or mechanical/electrical systems
• Excellent communication and team skills

• Install instrument upgrades at customer sites worldwide
• Perform ad-hoc repairs and planned preventative maintenance
• Provide general customer support and on-site troubleshooting
