Wella Company is seeking a National Account Educator to drive education initiatives across the UK & Ireland. You will inspire hairdressers, partner with the sales team, and deliver education in-salon, at Wella Studios, and online.

The role requires translating education content into practical client outcomes, leveraging social media, and acting as the education expert for the sales force. Travel is a component of the role, with a focus on high-potential accounts.

Qualifications

• Licensed hairdresser/cosmetologist with social media presence.
• Proven ability to train and educate hair professionals.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and educators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education across in-salon, Wella Studios, and virtual channels.
• Inspire and influence hairdressers; build strong relationships with preferred partners.
• Expand education reach via social media activations and community engagement.
• Act as a center of expertise for the Sales team and education initiatives.
