Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service & Post Sales Executive in Leeds to deliver exceptional after-sales support and seamless customer journeys from booking to return home.

You will manage post-booking enquiries, update documentation, coordinate with suppliers and keep customers informed of changes, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent aftercare.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, customer service or post-sales support.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-booking enquiries, amendments, upgrades and cancellations.
• Prepare and issue travel documentation, including road books.
• Liaise with suppliers to manage booking changes and resolve queries.
• Keep customers informed of schedule changes and travel updates.
• Investigate and resolve post-travel enquiries.
