Job Title: Travel Management Company (TMC) Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 + up to 30% bonus OTE (To 45% capped)

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home (occasional working from Holborn, London possible)

Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Management Company Manager (TMC Manager) at Premier Inn. This role involves managing relationships with TMCs and developing account plans to meet growth targets. You will also hunt for new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the TMC landscape, negotiate contract renewals, and analyze business trends through regular reviews and reports. Opportunities include representing Premier Inn at trade shows, typically 3 to 5 per year.

The role involves managing medium to large accounts with significant revenue, often with international presence, requiring engagement across UKI and German teams.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in the travel industry, either within the TMC ecosystem or as a corporate buyer.
  • Background in relationship management, account management, or sales.
  • Comfort with data interpretation and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge of developments in business travel.
