Job description

Job Title: Regional Travel Management Company (TMC) Manager

We are seeking to hire a Travel Management Company Manager (TMC Manager). At Premier Inn, we operate across various channels including Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), leisure tour companies, and travel management companies, primarily focusing on hotel room bookings for Premier Inn.

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 + up to 30% bonus OTE (capped at 45%)

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Occasional work from Holborn, London, may be required.

Role Overview

1. Manage relationships with assigned TMCs, developing account plans to meet growth targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the TMC landscape.
3. Negotiate contract renewals and revisions in collaboration with the Head of Indirect Sales and team.
4. Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews and generate monthly reports.
5. Represent Premier Inn at trade shows (3-5 per year).
6. Manage multiple accounts across the UK and Ireland, overseeing significant revenue streams.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry, with a background in relationship management, account management, or sales.
• Comfortable analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Knowledge of developments within business travel.
