Job summary

CM recruitment is seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join a successful travel company in Marlow. You will create tailor-made holidays, deliver excellent service and drive sales while matching customers with their perfect break.

This office-based role offers a salary of circa £26,874 plus uncapped commission and great OTE, with 37.5 hours across Mon-Fri and weekend rotas. You’ll use your destination knowledge and strong communication to build relationships and secure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous travel sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across telephone, email and face to face.
• Confident selling skills with a customer focused and consultative approach.
• Self motivated, target driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and problem solving ability.
• GDS experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

This role is office based in Marlow.

Travel Consultant - Role & Responsibilities:

• Create tailor‑made holiday experiences and deliver outstanding customer service across all customer touchpoints.

Travel Consultant - Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and problem solving ability.

Travel Consultant - Additional Information:

• Competitive salary of circa £26,874 plus uncapped commission and fantastic OTE
• Office based 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30 or 9.30 to 6.
• Weekend working on a rota: Saturdays 9 to 5.30 and Sundays 10 to 4
