Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking experienced Travel Advisors to join its growing teams across Leicestershire and Warwickshire. Staff will quote, sell and tailor a wide range of holidays, face-to-face, on the phone and via email, earning commission on bookings.

You will work in a small, friendly team, covering multiple branches with a strong emphasis on customer service and product knowledge across brochures and destinations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail travel agency.
• Strong customer service and sales focus with target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take enquiries face-to-face, by phone and email and quote holidays.
• Convert enquiries into bookings to achieve targets and earn commission.
• Provide dynamic packaging and tailor-made itineraries alongside package holidays.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brochures across destinations.

Respected and established independent Travel Agency with branches in Leicestershire and Warwickshire, is keen to recruit experienced Travel Advisors, to their growing teams of passionate Travel Agents. Working face to face over the phone and emails, you will have quote and sell a wide range of a holidays, with the freedom to quote from a variety Tour Operators. Starting salary is very much dependent on your experience and there are bonuses, discounts and incentives available too. We are seeking Travel Consultants who can ideally cover multiple branches in Leicester/South Leicestershire and/or North Warwickshire.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquires from customers
• Respond to customer enquires promptly whether by phone, email or face to face
• Working in a small friendly team of travel consultants
• Quoting holidays for a wide variety of destinations
• Converting enquiries to bookings to reach targets and earn commission
• Handle all customer service complaints quickly and effectively keeping your manager updated at all times, escalating where appropriate
• Dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries as well as package holidays, to get the right holiday for your customer
• Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having an in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Successful Applicants will have a minimum of 2 years Retail Travel Agency Experience and be self-motivated, passionate about travel, with excellent customer service skills
