Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking experienced Travel Advisors to join our growing teams in Leicestershire and Warwickshire. You will combine face-to-face and telephone interactions to quote, tailor and sell holidays from a range of tour operators, earning commission on bookings.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a retail travel agency, are self-motivated and passionate about travel with strong customer service skills, and can cover multiple branches in Leicester/South Leicestershire

Qualifications

• Successful Applicants will have a minimum of 2 years Retail Travel Agency Experience.
• Self-motivated and passionate about travel with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquiries from customers
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly whether by phone, email or face to face
• Working in a small friendly team of travel consultants
• Quoting holidays for a wide variety of destinations
• Converting enquiries to bookings to reach targets and earn commission
• Handle all customer service complaints quickly and effectively keeping your manager updated at all times, escalating where appropriate
• Dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries as well as package holidays, to get the right holiday for your customer
• Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having an in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.

Respected and established independent Travel Agency with branches in Leicestershire and Warwickshire, is keen to recruit experienced Travel Advisors, to their growing teams of passionate Travel Agents. Working face to face over the phone and emails, you will have quote and sell a wide range of a holidays, with the freedom to quote from a variety Tour Operators. Starting salary is very much dependent on your experience and there are bonuses, discounts and incentives available too. We are seeking Travel Consultants who can ideally cover multiple branches in Leicester/South Leicestershire and/or North Warwickshire.
