The Menu Partners Ltd in Bicester is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will work across hot and cold production, follow recipes, and support the senior kitchen team to ensure consistency and timely service.

You will maintain food safety standards, help with stock and HACCP compliance, and collaborate with packing and operations to meet daily deadlines. Airline or large-scale catering experience is desirable.

Formación

• Must have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Flexible, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Experience in airline or large-scale catering is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to company recipes, specifications, and client requirements.
• Support the Sous Chef in ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time to meet deadlines.
• Maintain communication with packing and operations teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Monitor food quality and label/portion/store correctly following safety standards.
• Be familiar with menus, allergens, and production requirements within the Travel Department.
