BM Caterers is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, delivering fresh, seasonal food to a high standard in retail and hospitality. You will support daily service, assist with stock control and cost awareness, and ensure compliance with food safety procedures.

You will contribute ideas, work closely with the wider kitchen team and strive to deliver excellent customer experiences through quality food.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role.
• Passion for fresh food and presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive and professional approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ, C&G or equivalent experience.

• Preparing and presenting food to a high standard in retail and hospitality.
