Enhance Catering are recruiting Chef de Partie to support catering operations across our client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, hands-on chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and being part of a professional kitchen team.

You will be an experienced Chef de Partie, with solid cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Solid cooking skills and ability to work with fresh ingredients.
• Good organisational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard.
• Supporting senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards.
• Helping with food prep, service, and section management.
• Ensuring your area is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Working as part of a strong kitchen team.
• Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
